System Overview

System Introduction

This system is developed on the Unity3D platform, utilizing advanced technologies such as Visual Studio, Unity3D, augmented reality, image recognition, 3D modeling, online monitoring, fault analysis, and diagnosis. It addresses the real-time response challenges of online detection and auxiliary maintenance in virtual scenarios for coal mine electromechanical equipment, integrating both equipment operation status and auxiliary maintenance into a unified system.

Content Introduction

The system is developed with a focus on the detection and maintenance of explosion-proof motors in coal mines. It is divided into four main sections: Smart Inspection, Explosion-Proof Standards, Maintenance Precautions, and Maintenance Process Flow; as shown in the figure below:


As shown in the figure above, the four main modules of the system are located on the left side of the interface. The system defaults to the "Smart Inspection" module upon entry.

Operation Instructions

1. After wearing the AR glasses, the user should focus on the marker image on the equipment. This image serves as the unique identifier for the device. The distance should be controlled to ensure the entire image is clearly visible without being too far, preferably within 2 meters, as shown in the figure below:


2. Once the system recognizes the unique identifier image of the equipment (explosion-proof motor), it will display the current operational status of the device and provide access to other relevant module options, as shown in the figure below:


3. Users can control the system's operation pointer using the touch handle of the device. The touch handle is shown in the figure below:


4. When switching functional modules or interacting with buttons, users can manipulate the pointer to the desired button using the touch handle area. (Note: The device does not support single-click operations.) After hovering for 2 seconds, the system will switch to or activate the corresponding module (button).

5. When the user's line of sight moves away (i.e., the unique identifier image of the equipment is no longer visible), the system will assume that the user has left the device and will close the corresponding display. At this point, no content will be visible through the glasses.

6. To exit the system, operate the "" button on the main interface.

Other System Operating Conditions

1. Since the online monitoring function module requires real-time communication with the equipment being monitored, both the monitoring device and the AR glasses must be connected to the wireless network during use.

2. As the system collects, computes, and analyzes the actual operational status of the equipment, the explosion-proof motor must be powered on and operating during detection. The motor's operating speed should also be adjustable via a frequency converter.
